Here I am! I'm a 31 years true Italian man from Rome. I've always loved my country's cuisine and foods and since I started living with my girlfriend I got the opportunity to improve myself cooking and cooking for us. I like very much travelling: I've been to lots of places in Europe, and I visited also Cuba and Vietnam. We're planning to visit Peru next summer and we are so excited about it.
Every night I watch tv programs about food and read books about this topic: I think they're 2 important ways to learn cooking, even if the most important one is the practice!!
